We are looking for a Web3 Marketing Executive for them to drive the marketing strategies and initiatives that promote their web3 solutions and communicate their value proposition to target audiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our web3 products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, understand customer needs, and develop buyer personas.
- Collaborate with the product team to define and refine value propositions and messaging aligned with our web3 solutions.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
- Drive brand awareness and thought leadership in the web3 space through content creation, thought pieces, blog posts, and speaking engagements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in web3 marketing and decentralized technologies.
- Support event marketing efforts, including industry conferences, meetups, and virtual events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the blockchain industry. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
- Understanding of the web3 ecosystem.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for decentralized technologies and a desire to contribute to the web3 ecosystem
