About the Job
The job is for a Frontend Developer at a high-performance data indexing and visualization platform that prioritizes unmatched query speed and intuitive visualizations. The platform leverages advanced dataset organization and GPU acceleration to enhance efficiency. The Frontend Developer will design and develop user interfaces and frontend components, ensuring they are responsive and compatible across various devices. Key responsibilities include integrating blockchain functionalities, optimizing frontend performance, conducting testing and quality assurance, and participating in code reviews. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web development, particularly with React and Typescript, along with a solid understanding of blockchain technologies. A passion for the web3 industry is essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces, frontend components, and interactive features, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Develop responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate frontend interfaces with blockchain functionalities, including wallet connectivity, transaction processing, and smart contract interactions.
- Optimize frontend code and assets for performance, implementing best practices for code bundling, caching, and lazy loading.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, providing feedback and guidance to junior developers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on web development using React, Typescript, NodeJS, and Web3 tools (e.g., Ethers.JS, Hardhat).
- Understanding of blockchain concepts and experience working with blockchain technologies.
- Experience in translating designer mockups into robust, modern, and scalable frontend designs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot frontend issues.
