About the Job
Coin98 Labs is looking for a Web3 Community Specialist to join us in making web3 accessible to everyone.As a Web3 Community Specialist at our company, you will work closely with the team leader in creating and deploying both online & offline initiatives to manage and grow our Web3 products’ global & Vietnamese communities. Your other duties will monitor and engage in conversation with community members to increase positive sentiment.
Responsibilities
- Grow and manage our presence in global and Vietnam communities (Both online & offline).- Plan and deploy initiatives and campaigns to increase community engagement.- Create & oversee community-engaging content on social media including Telegram, Twitter, Facebook,- Moderate our community channels to engage with members regularly and identify rising trends as opportunities for improvement- Monitor and evaluate the performance of community campaigns through data analysis and user feedback- Work with internal departments and business stakeholders to define, develop, and execute community-related initiatives- Establish new and foster existing partnerships with local and regional entities & professionals having the same mission of making web3 more accessible.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 1+ years of community, social media, and growth experience in technology companies.- Experience with social media management, reporting, and analytics.- Fluent in English verbal and written communication.- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask.- Extreme ownership with a proactive growth mindset.- Love to work with & especially inspire people.- A passion and/or understanding of web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.
