The job involves working as a Community Manager for a growth agency that specializes in 0 to 1 marketing for web3 teams. The agency provides access to a CMO and their resources, helping builder teams effectively communicate their vision to users and investors. The Community Manager will foster a vibrant community around various web3 projects, ensuring members feel valued and engaged. Responsibilities include community engagement, content creation, moderation, relationship building, event planning, and gathering community feedback. The role aims to create a culture that retains stakeholders in a highly attention-driven economy.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with the community across various channels (Discord, Telegram, social media) to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Create and curate engaging content (blog posts, newsletters, social media updates) to keep the community informed about project updates and industry trends.
- Moderate community discussions to ensure respectful and on-topic conversations, resolving conflicts as needed.
- Build strong relationships with community members, influencers, and key stakeholders to expand community reach and foster partnerships.
- Plan and organize virtual or in-person events, AMAs, and workshops to encourage community participation and knowledge-sharing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the web3 or blockchain space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with community management tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
