Responsibilities
  • Research global app markets on Google Play and App Store to understand business environments and product potential; provide product-oriented suggestions.
  • Analyze products to identify core values and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps/games across multiple platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity, Ironsource, etc.
  • Analyze advertising metrics (CPM, CPI, IPM...) and optimize ad performance to acquire high-quality users.
  • Ideate creatives for the Video Editing/Playable Ads team.
  • Daily campaign monitoring and optimization to improve quality and performance.
  • Act as a bridge between product, business, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience running and scaling large budgets on ad platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Apple Search, Unity, Mintegral, etc.).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, App Annie is a plus (training available if not experienced).
  • Understanding of the mobile app/game market is a bonus.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of at least $50,000.
  • Strong ability to manage ad campaigns effectively, optimizing for ROI/ROAS.
  • Skilled in data-driven marketing analysis and decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic.
  • Passion for learning, staying up-to-date with trends, and experimenting with new ideas.
  • Preferably experienced in Subscription/IAP business models.
  • For Leader roles: candidates with experience managing a team of 3–5 are preferred. Training provided for those without.
