About the Job
Position: System Support Specialist for Leidos, supporting NASA’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Enterprise Support Services (CyPrESS) contract. Responsibilities include supporting security features, vulnerability resolution, and cybersecurity solutions across NASA systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform checks on enterprise service desk tickets, application connectivity, and environment statuses.
- Ensure proper LDAP synchronization and monitor data feed operations.
- Review and escalate tickets to appropriate teams and generate reports.
- Collaborate with users on service requests and support meetings.
- Create and update documentation, including user manuals and operation guides.
- Conduct testing for developers on system updates.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-8 years of IT experience, including troubleshooting and Tier 1 support.
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems and prioritizing incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience working in NASA or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Archer software
