About the Job
Moody’s seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern to design and maintain frontend/backend applications, develop RESTful APIs, and contribute to innovative features. Collaborate with skilled engineers, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on emerging technologies. Ideal for students graduating in June 2025. Start date: March 2025. Gain real-world project experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design and maintain robust frontend and backend applications.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based Streaming APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, enhancing application capabilities.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and integrate industry best practices into projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Java, or C#.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with server-side frameworks like Node.js, Express.js, or Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Commitment to producing maintainable code and fostering continuous professional growth.
Preferred Requirement
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Knowledge of regression/integration testing, QA automation, and AWS services.
- Familiarity with JSON and XML protocols for data communication
