About the Job
We are looking for a Web3-native Social Media Manager who is deeply ingrained in crypto culture, NFTs, and blockchain gaming—someone who understands the pulse of Web3 gaming communities, memes, narratives, and engagement dynamics. You will own our social media presence, grow our community, and amplify our brand across platforms like X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, Farcaster, Telegram, and Lens.
Responsibilities
- Own & execute the social strategy across X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, and other Web3-native platforms.
- Create engaging, Web3-native content—threads, memes, viral campaigns, and storytelling that resonate with crypto and gaming communities.
- Manage community sentiment—be the frontline in conversations, responding to trends, feedback, and community-driven content.
- Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and DAOs to drive awareness and partnerships within Web3 gaming.
- Stay ahead of Web3 trends—know the latest gaming drops, L2 updates, and shifts in the play-to-earn/metaverse space.
- Leverage on-chain data & analytics to refine content strategy and improve engagement metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing & game dev team to align social strategy with game updates, token launches, and community activations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Web3-Native Mentality – You live and breathe crypto, NFTs, and decentralized gaming. You understand on-chain culture, GenZ degen lingo, and Web3 humor.
- Deep Web3 Gaming Knowledge – You know the major Web3 games, gaming ecosystems (Ronin, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.), GameFi mechanics, and NFT-based economies.
- Social Media Mastery – Experience managing Web3 social channels (X, Discord, Reddit, Farcaster, Lens, etc.), growing followings, and launching viral campaigns.
- Meme & Narrative Builder – You understand how to craft compelling Web3-native narratives and use memes to drive engagement.
- Master Storyteller – A visionary communicator who can weave compelling narratives around blockchain, crypto gaming, digital economies, and decentralized governance.
- Community-First Approach – You understand how to nurture, engage, and retain gaming communities in Web3.
- Content Creation Skills – You can write engaging threads, tweets, and posts that speak directly to crypto gaming audiences.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – You can analyze engagement metrics, track on-chain trends, and optimize content strategy based on performance.
