About the Job
Join Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, as a Backend Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of innovative crypto-related products. You will work on enhancing our underlying infrastructure and architecture, ensuring optimal performance, and troubleshooting online incidents. As a senior member of the team, you will also guide junior engineers and share your knowledge to foster a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement crypto-related products to enhance user experience.
- Upgrade underlying infrastructure and architecture for improved performance.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot online incidents effectively.
- Refactor systems to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in their daily tasks and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in the JVM and Java ecosystem.
- Strong ability to cope with stress and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in performance tuning and system optimization.
- A passion for blockchain technology and a desire to contribute to the financial ecosystem.
