About the Job

Are you a self-motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for blockchain technology? Do you thrive on the thrill of the hunt and enjoy the rewards of a commission-based role? If so, we want to hear from you! As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals that align with our blockchain development services.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and Target Prospects: Research and engage with potential clients in the blockchain, finance, healthcare, supply chain, and other industries looking to leverage blockchain technology.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with C-level executives, founders, and decision-makers to understand their business needs and position our services as the solution.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the technical aspects of blockchain technology and our service offerings to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Present & Close: Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Client Retention & Upsell: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring additional project opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (No experience works if you have the craving to learn), preferably in technology, software, or blockchain industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in a commission-based role.
  • Passion for Blockchain: A strong interest in blockchain technology and the ability to learn and discuss technical concepts.
  • Self-Motivated & Entrepreneurial: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated without direct supervision.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present complex information clearly.
Preferred Requirement
  • Experience in blockchain or tech sales.
  • Existing network in blockchain, finance, or tech industries.
  • Previous experience in a commission-only sales role preferred.
