About the Job
 Interview Process: 2-3 rounds with Hiring Managers (online)

1 Sales Manager for each country listed below and locally base in: The Netherlands, Italy, Romani, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Iran, Kenya, Nigeria (Chinese expat), Panama, Costa Rica, Peru, Philippines, Malaysia, Uzbekistan
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers: Identify customer project plans and market demands, and convert these demands into orders.
  2. Develop brand agents and establish brand sales channels.
  3. Expand the sales network by developing OEM customers.
  4. Understand market product standards and demand trends: Regularly conduct necessary market research and provide timely feedback on industry dynamics and market information.
  5. Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market and customer opportunities into deliverable results.
  6. Engage in business negotiations with clients: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Assist in the execution of customer projects and resolve major issues in after-sales: Drive internal solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above: Proficient (all skills) in English, or fluent in Spanish, capable of using it as a working language.
  2. From 5 years of experience in sales/ business development; At least 2 years of overseas business or similar experience in the new energy industry, specifically in energy storage products, photovoltaic (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, and system integration.
  3. Successful business development experience: Familiarity with the characteristics and competitive landscape of the new energy market in Europe/ Africa/ Middle East/ Asia.
  4. Mature work methods: Ability to independently develop business and possess strong market analysis and judgment skills.
  5. Strong stress resistance and execution skills.
  6. Good professional ethics: Detailed and thorough work approach, with strong learning ability.
