Responsibilities
1. Operations & Organizational Development- Build and optimize internal operations, workflows, and tools to ensure cross-functional efficiency.- Partner with leadership to scale the organization, oversee office operations, and align teams across global stakeholders.
2. Human Resource & Culture- Lead end-to-end talent management globally, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and career development.- Build a strong, compliant company culture aligned with our values across all locations.
3. Finance & Budget Oversight- Coordinate with external accountants on payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting.- Oversee budgets, control expenses, and support financial planning with the leadership team.
3. Administrative & Office Management- Oversee office operations, procurement, asset management, and vendor coordination.- Drive administrative processes and workspace logistics to support team efficiency and business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations, HR, or Administrative Management.- Proven success in scaling operations for start-ups or tech-driven service companies.- Strong understanding of operational frameworks across different cultures and countries.- Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.- Tech-savvy and confident using tools, project management, and HR platforms.- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.- Experience managing budgets and driving operational efficiencies in a fast-growth environment.- Experience in online gaming or other digital tech domains is a plus.- Fluent English is required, additional languages are a plus.
