About the Job
We’re on a mission to build a next-generation Ad Network Platform that connects publishers and advertisers across our company’s product ecosystem. Our goal is to create a scalable, intelligent advertising infrastructure tailored for Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities

🔹 HR Setup & Management

  • Establish and manage HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain internal policies, employee handbook, and documentation in compliance with Vietnam labor laws
  • Coordinate closely with department heads (tech, product, business) on hiring and team growth
  • Set up and administer HR systems: payroll, benefits, compliance, and reporting

🔹 Office & Administrative Operations

  • Set up and oversee office infrastructure: vendor contracts, equipment, workspace planning
  • Manage daily office administration, procurement, and budget tracking
  • Ensure legal, insurance, and labor compliance, coordinating with external consultants as needed

🔹 Culture & People Operations

  • Act as a culture builder and internal ambassador for company values
  • Organize internal communications, bonding activities, and HR events to enhance engagement
  • Promote a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performance work environment

🔹 Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support the founders with internal coordination and cross-functional projects
  • Serve as a go-to person for internal stakeholders during the company’s early growth phase
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations roles
  • Proven track record in setting up internal processes, teams, or office operations from scratch
  • Solid understanding of Vietnam labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
Preferred Requirement
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
  • Exposure to AdTech, digital marketing, or product-based companies
  • Experience in organizing internal communications, HR events, and team bonding activities
  • Familiarity with HR software tools or systems (e.g. payroll, onboarding, employee portals)
  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (e.g. tech, product, business units)
