About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Python to design and build internal tools and dashboards supporting Smartdev’s AI initiatives. You’ll be responsible for developing AI-integrated web applications that streamline operations and deliver real-time insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop web-based internal applications and dashboards
- Build robust backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI)
- Create interactive frontends with TypeScript (React/Next.js)
- Integrate AI services (code review, document parsing, chatbots) via APIs
- Collaborate with AI engineers and interns to design system architecture
- Optimize application performance and maintain code quality standards
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong Python skills; experience with Flask or FastAPI
- Proficient in TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React/Next.js)
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and agile practices
- Bonus: exposure to LLMs, AI APIs, or chatbot platforms
