About the Job
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at SUCI, you will be the backbone of our marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, efficient use of resources, and measurable outcomes. You’ll manage workflows, analyze campaign performance, and drive process improvements to optimize marketing efforts across channels.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize marketing workflows, ensuring campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to drive lead generation and nurturing.
- Track, report, and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and deliverables.
- Maintain and improve CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Support budget management and vendor coordination for marketing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
- Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or tech industries is a plus.
