About the Job
As a Marketing Manager at Suci Blockchain Hub, you will drive the marketing strategy for community growth, focusing on Web3 initiatives. You will lead campaigns that elevate the brand, engage the community, and position us as leaders in the blockchain space. This role is dynamic, requiring both creativity and a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (social media, email, partnerships) to engage the Web3 community.
- Oversee content creation and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Grow and manage our social media presence, focusing on community-building on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimized results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Event Ops, Design) to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Stay updated on trends and competitors in the Web3 space, offering insights and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industries.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Web3 and crypto community dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced changes in the ecosystem.
