About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable professional to join our Corporate Development team, focusing on the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating meaningful connections within the project community, engaging with crypto founders and prominent venture capitalists. You will actively scout and identify emerging blockchain initiatives for potential listing, ensuring a robust pipeline of promising projects. Your insights will contribute to the due diligence process, assessing new opportunities based on team expertise, competitive analysis, and tokenomics. You will lead internal approval procedures and present comprehensive justifications for listings to senior leadership while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure effective deal sourcing and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate connections within the project community, crypto founders, and venture capitalists.
- Scout and identify emerging blockchain and cryptocurrency initiatives for inclusion.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of promising projects for potential listing.
- Contribute insights during the due diligence process to assess new opportunities.
- Lead internal approval procedures and present justifications for listings to senior leadership.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for effective deal sourcing and negotiation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Profound knowledge and practical expertise in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
- 3-5 years of experience in asset listing within the cryptocurrency realm.
- Exceptional written and analytical capabilities for evaluating deals and generating reports.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for productive interactions with entrepreneurs and the startup ecosystem.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and autonomously on a daily basis.
- Proficiency in English.
