Responsibilities
• Make applications to interact with different blockchains.
• Take ownership of technical decision-making, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards are maintained.
• Contribute to sprint planning and execution, translate high-level business requirements into actionable, technical JIRA tickets for engineers, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables.
• Contribute to key architectural and design decisions to drive the development of a scalable, reliable, and maintainable platform.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience writing efficient and scalable production-level code in at least one modern language, including but not limited to Golang, Python, Rust, Java, Javascript.Angular, ReactJs, etc.
• 1... years of experience developing Web3 stacks in at least one of the following verticals: frontend, backend, full-stack, smart contract, or web3 data processing.
• Good understanding of system design, software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Have a thorough understanding of blockchain technologies including Consensus, VM, Networking, and Smart Contract.
• Have experience in working with one or more blockchains including but not limited to Ethereum & L2s, Cosmos, Polkadot, Elrond, Solana, Near & Aurora.
• Experience in setting up and managing data infrastructure, with some proficiency in IaC such as Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, and Terraform.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Be a blockchain enthusiast: have a thorough understanding of blockchain fundamentals and a desire to keep up with emerging trends in the blockchain technology space.
