• Analyze and clarify requirements, decompose tasks, estimate time frames
• Understand backend (JEE technologies) Participate in microservices based design and implementation
• Write bug free code and follow best practices, participate in the SCRUM Meeting
• Constantly extend Java technologies and solutions for the given scenarios
• Coach less experienced team members
• Participate in code review and refactoring, following the good code policies
• Develop Unit, Integration and Acceptance tests

• 5+ years hands on experience with Java full stack
• Extensive hands-on experience in building Spring based micro-services and Event-based processing
• Core Java low memory footprint based event driven applications
• Application Integration experience between with Mobile, Web and Backend services
• Understanding of DevOps processes including application build, deployment & release
• Knowledge of data security standards including end-to-end encryption, key management
• Experience with Git, AWS services, EKS cluster and other AWS core services
• Experience of RESTapi, Web sockets, Webhook, SOA, JSON and Web technologies ReactJS
• Intermediate English, Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of processes for requirements management, UX/UI and HLD/LLD

Additional Technical/Professional Qualifications/Requirements — to include local education and professional qualifications, knowledge, skills, training and experience requirements for the job:

1. Knowledge and/or experience in using AWS cloud-based services
2. Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
3. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins
4. Conceptual knowledge of Blockchain
5. Conceptual Knowledge on decentralized data and application
6. Knowledge on Event Driven Architecture
