About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (.NET + ReactJS) to join our hybrid team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using .NET, React, and SQL Server, working within an Agile (SAFe) framework. The role requires excellent English communication, proficiency in key technologies, and experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain web applications using .NET, React, and SQL Server.
  2. Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and code reviews.
  3. Follow best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control using Azure DevOps.
  4. Work within the SAFe Agile framework to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Functional Responsibilities
  1. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  3. Assist in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using Azure DevOps.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in .NET, React, and SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with the SAFe Agile methodology.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Requirement
  • Experience with Node.js.
  • Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js or Angular.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
