About the Job
We are hiring Ssr Full-Stack Developers for our accelerator, focused on creating decentralized applications (dApps). You will have core full-stack skills but specialize in Front-End, Back-End, or Smart Contracts. Join our small team working on experimental dApps with a focus on gamified DeFi, tokenomics, and more. This role offers the potential for future opportunities as we expand our venture studio.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack, specializing in your area.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and performance.Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural planning.Stay updated with Web3 and decentralized application trends.Participate in daily standups and Agile development processes.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of full-stack development experience.Specialization in Front-End (React, Next.js, etc.), Back-End (Node.js, Python, etc.), or Smart Contracts (Solidity, web3 elements, ABI, AMMs, etc.).Proven experience in dApps, Web3, or crypto-related products.Familiarity with Agile development practices and participation in daily standups.Passion for blockchain technology, with hackathon experience being a strong plus.Must be based in Latin America.
Preferred Requirement
Experience in game theory, gamified DeFi, and tokenomics.Familiarity with other blockchain frameworks and platforms.Strong experience in Agile development and project management tools.Previous contributions to open-source projects or Web3 communities.Ability to take on leadership roles in projects and mentor junior developers.
Benefits
Payment per project: $1500–$4000 USD.Revenue share based on seniority and project complexity.Possibility to lead a project and transition to full-time.
