About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our company's blockchain infrastructure, focusing on a dual PoA/PoS consensus mechanism. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the CIO to implement modular blockchain solutions that enhance scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include writing and auditing smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, and/or Go, optimizing blockchain performance, and integrating Layer 2 solutions to reduce transaction costs. The role also involves developing interchain communication protocols for seamless asset transfers and ensuring rigorous security through advanced cryptographic techniques. The candidate will document and present technical architecture to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in blockchain engineering.
- Expertise in Solidity, Rust, and Go.
- Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions, such as optimistic rollups and ZK-rollups.
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining production-level blockchain systems.
- Understanding of interchain bridges, cross-chain consensus, and interoperability protocols.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (KYC/AML) and their technical implementations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of PoA and PoS consensus mechanisms and their implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to document and present technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with tokenized assets or decentralized finance (DeFi) projects is a plus
