About the Job
The Event Operations position at Suci Blockchain Hub will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing community-driven Web3 events in Vietnam and internationally. You will ensure smooth operations across all aspects of event execution, from logistics to attendee experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and physical Web3 events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event promotion aligns with community growth goals.
- Maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and attendees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site or during virtual events, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve event quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in event management, preferably in tech or blockchain-related industries.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for international events as required.
