About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager with a strong background in offline events and a passion for the crypto industry. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, particularly focusing on offline activations and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on offline events, meetups, and industry conferences.
- Plan and manage crypto-related events, including partnerships, sponsorships, and speaker engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand strategy and business goals.
- Identify key community and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and adoption.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated with crypto trends and industry events, ensuring our campaigns remain relevant and impactful.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in campaign management, event planning, or marketing.
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, and Web3; prior experience in the industry is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Experience in organizing offline events and working with community partners.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
