DeFi Engineer Role @ MEV Market Maker Plexus has teamed up a boutique and innovative crypto research trading company. They are at the forefront of the emerging blockchain financial markets by revolutionising the MEV space. A small team of 6-people are now looking for their next hire – A strong engineer
Responsibilities
- Rust Development: Utilize strong Rust programming skills to build and maintain systems.
- Reth Integration: Work with Reth frameworks and tools (professional experience not required).
- Hands-On Engineering: Contribute actively to the project’s design and execution.
- Team Growth: Play a crucial role in expanding and mentoring the team as the company scales.
- Innovation in MEV: Develop cutting-edge solutions for the MEV space, driving market-making and R&D initiatives.
- Decision-Making: Take initiative in strategic discussions and project planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Rust programming.
- Practical or theoretical experience with Reth frameworks.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Requirement
- Passion for blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and MEV innovation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in small teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in a high-risk, fast-paced environment.
