About the Job
IBC Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crypto Debt Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from clients and ensuring timely payments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned crypto accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Contact debtors via phone, email, or encrypted messaging platforms regarding payment status.
- Negotiate payment plans and deadlines with crypto debtors.
- Address questions or complaints from debtors professionally.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in crypto accounts and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a debt collector or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
