About the Job
As Content Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven content strategies across digital platforms for their brands. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will craft compelling narratives to elevate brand visibility, maximize social media impact, and drive lead generation initiatives.
This role serves as the guardian of both brands' voices, orchestrating diverse content streams while maintaining message consistency across all channels. Your responsibilities will span the entire content ecosystem–from crafting engaging social media campaigns and managing strategic content calendars to developing targeted email marketing initiatives and producing SEO-optimized long-form content.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven content strategies across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Manage content calendars for multiple digital channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and adapting content for each platform's unique requirements.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across digital channels to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their objectives through strategic content initiatives and marketing channels.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay current with industry trends in web3, AI, and FinTech to inform content strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
