We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist with expertise in performance reviews and HR engagement. This role focuses on managing employee performance and benefits while driving engagement, innovation, and collaboration through impactful internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) - 80% workloadPerformance Management:
  • Conduct Performance evaluations and 360 Degree feedback biannually to assess performance, identify improvements, set future goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Recommend salary adjustments based on performance evaluations.
C&B Management:
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure compensation packages are competitive. 
  • Analyze salary surveys to benchmark the organization’s compensation against industry standards.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures that align with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Implement and monitor reward systems linked to performance, including bonuses and non-monetary recognition programs.
  • Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and various perks to enhance the attractiveness of our offerings compared to similar companies while boosting employee satisfaction and retention.
Internal HR Engagement - 20% workloadEmployee Engagement Initiatives:
  • Design and execute programs that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement.
  • Organize team-building activities, company events, and cultural initiatives that reflect the Remitano values.
Internal Communication:
  • Develop communication strategies to promote HR initiatives and ensure employees understand their benefits and development opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees seeking clarification on HR policies or engagement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B, including managing performance review processes in fin-tech companies and the Developer department.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing compensation structures and benchmarking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a creative flair for engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and software appliances for benefits management, and performance tracking.
  • In-depth understanding of C&B trends, HR practices, and labor regulations in a multinational context.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology industries is a plus.
