Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community growth and engagement strategies in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Lead and manage a team of community moderators, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance supervision, and continuous feedback.
- Enhance user experience on the community platform (Discord) and oversee setup including channels, permissions, bots, and security.
- Develop and manage branded social channels (Instagram and LinkedIn), and plan and execute community events both online and offline.
- Identify community insights and market opportunities, monitor and report on community and campaign performance, and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive community growth and engagement, and lead partnerships with other gaming communities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 1 year of experience in building and scaling a gaming and/or Web3 community.
- Experience leading a team of moderators with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Crypto native with a good understanding of blockchain and Web3.
- Strong knowledge of community platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics, with an independent problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
