About the Job
As a Community Builder, you will be at the heart of SUCI’s efforts to engage and grow the Web3 ecosystem. Your mission is to foster a vibrant and inclusive community, both online and offline, ensuring SUCI is a trusted home for developers, builders and blockchain enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow communities on platforms like Telegram, and X (Twitter).
- Create and manage engaging events, from virtual AMAs to in-person meetups at ETHVietnam and beyond.
- Act as a bridge between SUCI and the community, championing user feedback and fostering dialogue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and educational content for Web3 enthusiasts.
- Monitor community health and engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Identify and engage key community leaders, advocates, and influencers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in community management, particularly in Web3, blockchain, or crypto.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, DeFi, and blockchain culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for connecting with people.
- Proven experience in organizing online or offline community events.
- A self-starter who thrives in decentralized and fast-paced environments.
