Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy, focusing on game development, platform scalability, and user experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, including software engineers, DevOps, and data analysts.
- Oversee the integration and management of outsourced game development projects, ensuring technical quality and alignment with our standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in iGaming and casual games, and incorporate them into our product roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the iGaming industry, including player protection, fair gaming practices, and data security.
- Collaborate with other C-level executives to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive company growth.
- Manage the technology budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in the iGaming or gaming industry, particularly with casual games.
- Deep knowledge of Java programming and experience with game development technologies, including mobile and web platforms.
- Experience managing outsourced development teams or partnerships, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of data analytics and user engagement metrics in gaming.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity measures relevant to online gaming.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in the iGaming industry.
