About the Job
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Specialist who is responsible for conducting daily business development activities, including identifying new partnership opportunities for Ancient8 Ecosystem and Space3, maintaining and developing partner relationships, and supporting the team in achieving its business and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Cultivation: Spearhead initiatives to forge and enhance strategic partnerships across Games, Infra and Defi projects and IP ecosystems.
- Community Engagement and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with partners to devise and implement community engagement strategies and marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
- B2B Product Implementation Leadership: Oversee the B2B product implementation process, collaborating with the product team and the tech team to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in business development, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Good organizational and communication skills and interpersonal abilities, able to establish effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry preferred, with a high level of market sensitivity and business acumen.
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution.
- Ability to work independently and as a valuable team player.
