About the Job
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance our brand’s presence in the IT industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Web3 communities, blockchain projects, and industry leaders globally.
- Research and analyze trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space to identify growth areas.
- Develop strategic partnerships with investors, clients, and stakeholders to drive business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and media) to create tailored solutions for partners and customers.
- Represent Sightsea Labs at Web3 events, conferences, and meetups to enhance visibility and expand the network.
- Negotiate deals, partnerships, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business models to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership strategies and propose adjustments for optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interest in blockchain technology and Web3.
- Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in technology-related fields (blockchain/crypto experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to research and identify trends in the blockchain industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and strategic thinking in solving problems and developing partnerships.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or decentralized applications (dApps).
- Established network within the Web3 or tech industry.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
