Track the hottest industry topics, conduct research, surveys and analysis on crypto projects, trackers and the industry as a whole, and write in-depth research reports or love research summaries.

• Bachelor's degree (or higher), preferably in mathematics, finance or computer science, with experience in finance or blockchain;
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the fields of cryptocurrency/blockchain/fintech must be accompanied by a portfolio when providing this intellectual unit;
• Active in the cryptocurrency community, you can get the latest information in the ecosystem through various channels;
• Actively understand the business logic and development trends of major directions in the crypto industry, have a solid understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, and have a deep understanding of existing major decentralized finance and blockchain projects.

• Hands-on experience in developing Web3 projects;
• Special experience in writing research reports and analytical projects, and able to produce research reports independently;
• Experience working in electronic investment organizations or departments;
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, experience studying and working abroad;
• SQL/Python;
• Experience using on-chain data tools such as Dune/Glassnode/Nansen.
