Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Blockchain Lead based in Noida. The Blockchain Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing blockchain-based applications and solutions. Daily tasks will include overseeing the implementation of blockchain protocols, collaborating with development teams, ensuring the security and scalability of blockchain solutions, and staying updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology.
Minimum Qualifications
- Leading the development of core smart contracts across multiple blockchain platforms.- Architecting, writing, and deploying our LMNG token contracts.- Defining and executing our overall blockchain strategy, including market analysis and technology evaluation.- Spearheading smart contract development, ensuring security and efficiency.- Overseeing backend integrations with our blockchain solutions.- Designing engaging puzzles and challenges to foster developer growth and problem-solving skills.- Collaborating closely with a small, agile team and taking ownership of critical projects from inception to launch.
