We’re on the hunt for a Backend Engineer who’s a .NET wizard, thrives on crafting secure systems, and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You’ll architect bulletproof services, lock down authentication like a pro, and turbocharge performance—all while teaming up with a crew of brilliant minds to create solutions that matter. If you’ve got a knack for C#, a love for clean code, and a curiosity to master new languages or tools, this is your shot to shine.
Responsibilities
- Team up with engineers, architects, and product visionaries to design and deploy software that’s as secure as it is scalable.
- Build and refine authentication and authorization systems that keep us ahead of the game, using cutting-edge standards and best practices.
- Own the creation of seamless user auth workflows—think multi-factor authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and more.
- Partner with DevOps to roll out rock-solid deployment pipelines and keep our systems humming with top-notch monitoring.
- Dive into code reviews, mentor up-and-coming talent, and set the bar high for quality and security.
- Break down big ideas with stakeholders, propose killer solutions, and deliver on time, every time.
- Tackle the tough stuff—debugging gnarly issues, boosting performance, and scaling systems to handle whatever comes our way.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or something similar (or equivalent real-world chops).
- At least 3 years of battle-tested experience as an Engineer, with scars and stories to prove it.
- Mastery of C# and the .NET ecosystem—think .NET Core, IdentityServer, and beyond.
- Deep know-how in authentication protocols like OAuth, OpenID Connect, and JWT—because security isn’t optional, it’s your superpower.
- Solid skills in database wrangling—SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, you name it.
- A firm grip on web servers, server architecture, and crafting RESTful APIs that sing.
- Razor-sharp problem-solving skills, a hawk’s eye for detail, and a passion for getting it right.
- A proven track record of owning technical quality—design reviews, code reviews, you’re the gatekeeper.
- Stellar communication and a team-first vibe—because great code doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
Preferred Requirement
- You’ve dabbled in Go and can show us what you’ve built—huge plus!
- Cloud cred with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud? Tell us more.
