Responsibilities
- 3-4 years of experience in a Web3 startup (NFT Marketplace/DeFi).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB, AWS, and backend frameworks (ExpressJS, NestJS).
- Knowledge of Solidity, Rust, Ethers.js, and Web3.js.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, NextJS, and AntD.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust backend systems.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience using Git in a professional environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with NodeOps, including deployment and maintenance of PoS validators and full nodes.
