About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Business Analyst with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications to join our team. As a Blockchain Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex business requirements, identifying blockchain solutions, and providing strategic recommendations to drive the adoption of blockchain technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate blockchain use cases, including DeFi, NFTs, supply chain management, and identity verification
- Design secure and efficient blockchain solutions
- Utilize specialized tools and methodologies to model business processes, data flows, and system interactions within blockchain ecosystems
- Conduct in-depth research and evaluation of blockchain platforms, frameworks, and protocols to determine their suitability for specific project requirements
- Assess the scalability, interoperability, security, and performance characteristics of different blockchain technologies
- Conduct risk assessments for blockchain projects, identifying potential security vulnerabilities, regulatory compliance issues, and operational risks
- Develop mitigation strategies and recommendations to address identified risks and ensure the integrity and reliability of blockchain systems
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of blockchain projects
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on blockchain technology and its applications
- MUST communicate English well (write, read, speak, and listen)
- Strong understanding of blockchain principles, cryptographic concepts, and decentralized systems
- Proficiency in blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Corda), including experience with smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps)
- In-depth knowledge of consensus algorithms (e.g., Proof of Work, Proof of Stake) and cryptographic protocols (e.g., RSA, SHA-256, ECC)
- Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks, such as Solidity, Truffle, or Web3.js
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations related to blockchain technology (e.g., GDPR, KYC, AML)
