Responsibilities
- Work with engineering team to get new projects shipped on time
- Scope, develop, and deploy new dApps / smart contracts
- Research new web3 technologies and build Proof of Concept for experimenting
- Take ownership of your work and the work of the team
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with NodeJS is a must
- MUST communicate English well (write, read, speak and listen)
- Expert at building web applications backend from scratch
- Understanding of Microservices and Microservice Architecture
- Experience with DBMS like MySQL, NoSQL, and ElasticSearch
- A proven development experience planning and leading large projects with long-term impact on a single system or team
- Experience writing/maintaining clear and detailed runbooks with good documentation practices
- Passionate about blockchain technologies and DeFi protocols
