About the Job
We are looking for a senior blockchain backend engineer to join our team. As a senior engineer, you should have at least 5 years of backend development experience and in-depth expertise in the blockchain field. You should be passionate about blockchain technology and have practical development experience in decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts, including NFT marketplaces, swap markets, DID applications, etc. We expect you to be proficient in Go and have a deep understanding of underlying blockchain protocols and smart contracts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, secure, and scalable blockchain backend systems to meet project requirements and business needs.
- Develop and maintain various decentralized applications (DApps), such as NFT marketplaces, swap markets, DID applications, etc.
- Utilize microservices architecture to design and develop backend systems, enhancing system maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to understand requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to improve system efficiency and stability.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges in the blockchain and smart contract domains, keeping the technology at the forefront and innovative.
- Provide technical guidance and support the growth and development of team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of backend development experience, with at least 2 years in blockchain backend development.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and principles, familiar with how blockchain networks operate and consensus algorithms.
- Experience in developing decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts, including NFT marketplaces, swap markets, DID applications, etc.
- Proficient in Go development, with experience applying Go in the blockchain domain.
- Experience in designing and developing microservices architecture, familiar with relevant technologies and tools.
- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, capable of designing and optimizing high-performance backend systems.
- Familiarity with common blockchain development frameworks and tools, such as Solidity, Truffle, Web3.js, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to quickly resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project development.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience in Node.js development, capable of flexibly using different technology stacks for collaborative development.
- In-depth understanding and experience in MEV (Maximizing Ethereum Value) and blockchain transaction ordering strategies.
- Professional knowledge and practical experience in blockchain security and privacy protection.
