Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies, design test plans, and execute automation test scripts for web-based and mobile app products.
- Analyze business requirements, create test plans & develop test cases, and automation scripts.
- Design, develop, and execute automation frameworks and automation suites across multiple projects.
- Assists in the training/mentoring of other members.
- Perform Web Application Performance Testing and Security Testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate with the Test Manager to continuously improve the testing process and implement best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an Automation Tester or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber or similar.
- Experience using one of the programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux systems. Strong experience with Oracle/SQL databases.
- Experience in automation testing covering web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile testing processes, with experience using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
- Requires proficiency in English, working directly with foreign partners.
- Careful, meticulous, and responsible at work. Has good logical thinking, is able to work independently and teamwork.
- Ability to motivate others and promote a positive working environment and working relationships.
