Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics to enhance the end-to-end credit rating process.
- Leverage Tableau to create insightful dashboards and perform advanced data analysis, including historical pattern discovery, trend forecasting, and risk identification.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (data mining, regression, time-series analysis, optimization, decision trees) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, team members, and stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations and implement best practices.
- Ensure data quality by maintaining standards for accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operational controls, business processes, or business analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, R, or Python; experience with R integration in Tableau preferred.
- Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel (e.g., VBA, macros, VLookups); familiarity with Jira, SQL, and Access is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and workflow design for BI dashboards.
Preferred Requirement
- Programming & Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression, time-series analysis).
- BI & Visualization Tools: Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx for dashboard development and workflow automation.
- Operational & Analytical Skills: Strong execution abilities, root cause analysis, data quality maintenance, and process improvement expertise.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira, Access, backend data connections, and leveraging R in Tableau.
- Business Knowledge & Collaboration: Understanding Moody’s rating systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with stakeholders effectively.
