Responsibilities
As Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role and possess the following essential criteria:
  • Brand Knowledge: Assistant Brand Manager must possess a solid understanding of brand management principles, with in-depth knowledge of brand strategy, market analysis, users research, and the development of a strong brand image.
  • Project Management Skills: Assistant Brand Manager often handles multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from brand strategy development, advertising, event organization, to managing relationships with partners. Strong project management skills ensure that activities are efficiently executed and delivered on schedule.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Assistant Brand Manager often works with various stakeholders such as marketing teams, sales departments, partners, and media representatives. Effective communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills are crucial in achieving collaboration and support from relevant parties.
  • Creativity: Assistant Brand Manager needs to demonstrate creative thinking abilities to generate new ideas and breakthroughs in brand building. Creativity helps in devising unique advertising strategies and campaigns that capture users attention.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Assistant Brand Manager should be capable of data analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of brand activities. Assessing data and market feedback can help in adjusting strategies and marketing activities to achieve optimal results.
