Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and implementing MKT strategies, building brand identity.
- Responsible for market research to identify needs, trends and regular data analysis to evaluate effectiveness of MKT strategies
- Responsible for monitoring website traffic, engagement rates and sales data to identify effective marketing channels
- Build relationships with influencers and participate in industry events to increase the reach of Web3 products.
- Manage, assign work, supervise and evaluate the work results of the staff under the Marketing team.
- Training, sharing knowledge - professional skills for new members (Fresher, Junior)
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Minimum Qualifications
About education and experience
- Graduated in Marketing and related disciplines
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Marketing leader in blockchain projects
- Having a deep understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem
Regarding professional competence:
- Have good market/customer research ability
- Knowledge of marketing in general and Digital Marketing in particular
- Have the ability to create or inspire a creative team
- Logical thinking, analysis & problem solving
- Fluency in English
- Good data analysis skills
About soft skills:
- Good presentation & persuasion skills
- Proficient in the use of office computer software; Beautiful Powerpoint presentation
- Good time management skills
- Good teamwork and project management skills
- Dynamic and proactive in meeting deadlines and being disciplined at work.
- Good job under pressure
- Meticulous, careful, honest, professional working style.
