Responsibilities
• Collaborating with product managers and developers to design and implement intuitive, user-centric interfaces for company products.• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design ideas and interactions.• Maintaining and enhancing our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.• Keeping up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products are innovative and competitive.• Participating in iterative design processes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine and enhance the user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Ul/UX design.• Visual Design and Design Thinking skills.• User Research and UX Research skills.• Experience in Product Design.• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCl, or related field.
Preferred Requirement
Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps).
