Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Vietnam, understanding their technical needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of AIoT smart workspace solutions including enterprise digital transformation, physical security systems (facial recognition access, turnstiles, lift control), and related technologies.
- Lead and manage RFx preparation and submission, ensuring full compliance with requirements and alignment with DeltaFrontier's strategic direction.
- Deliver engaging product and solution demos that highlight real-world applications and benefits to prospective customers.
- Collaborate across teams to craft detailed technical proposals addressing client challenges while showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Design and configure solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end solution deployment for client projects.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
- Manage communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment phases.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the Vietnam and regional markets to support ongoing innovation and strategic growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AIoT, smart workspace, or enterprise transformation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with physical security systems (e.g., facial recognition, turnstile/lift access).
- Experience with Data Center technologies (BMS, DCIM, PMS) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of system design, proposal writing, and solution deployment.
- Familiarity with RFx and tender processes.
- Solid project management skills for overseeing deployment from planning to go-live.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
