About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UI/UX Design Team Lead with expertise in Web3/Gen AI product development to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of innovative design solutions, excellent communication skills to interact with international clients, and the ability to lead a creative team in crafting out-of-the-box design ideas for cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership :
- Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team to deliver high-quality design projects.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
- Oversee design processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for Web3-based platforms, including DApps, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain solutions.
- Stay updated with trends in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to gather requirements and present design concepts.
- Build strong client relationships by providing expert design solutions that align with their vision.
- Provide unique, out-of-the-box design ideas tailored to meet project challenges.
- Balance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience to create exceptional designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design with development.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and revisions efficiently.
- Utilize design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard software.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve designs.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in Web3/Gen AI product development and a deep understanding of blockchain concepts.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with international clients.
- Ability to provide creative, out-of-the-box design solutions.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- A robust portfolio showcasing innovative UI/UX designs, particularly in Web3 or blockchain-related projects.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Previous experience working with international clients in product design is a must.
- Exposure to AI-powered design tools or methodologies is an added advantage.
