We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer who is tech-savvy and eager to explore new technologies, shaping innovative solutions to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers while mentoring your teammates. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
- Contribute to early-stage solutioning, including architecture design, tech stack decisions, and implementation strategy.
- Explore and apply new technologies to build proof-of-concepts, internal tools, or client-facing demos.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and presales/PM teams to refine technical proposals and validate ideas.
- Support internal stakeholders with technical consulting, effort estimation, and feasibility assessments.
- Ensure clean, maintainable code and participate in peer reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor junior teammates and foster a collaborative, learning-driven environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working as a Fullstack Developer with proficiency in either Python or Java for backend language and at least one frontend framework (e.g. ReactJS, VueJS).
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, Object Oriented Programming.
- Solid understanding of web architecture, REST APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to work on ambiguous, fast-paced projects that require creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading teams of 3–5 members
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute ideas.
Preferred Requirement
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Blockchain, or Big Data projects.
- Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, caching tools, data visualization, queuing systems or large-scale distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Open sources, Public/Private Cloud Services
- Understanding of security best practices in software development.
