About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Azure Specialist to manage cloud operations, automate infrastructure processes, and ensure the reliability of Azure environments for enterprise clients. This role is hands-on, focusing on troubleshooting, monitoring, automation, and cloud service optimization to improve performance, security, and operational efficiency.
As a Senior Azure Specialist you will work with delivery teams to maintain and enhance Azure-based cloud environments across multiple clients in the division.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and API Management (APIM) operations for high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot cloud integration issues, including CosmosDB triggers, GraphQL APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Improve Azure monitoring, logging, and alerting, leveraging Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Event Hubs.
- Optimize cloud cost management and security policies, ensuring compliance with client and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to manage incident response, escalations, and problem resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years in CloudOps, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
- Good English communication.
- Strong experience in Azure services, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, APIM, CosmosDB, and Blob Storage.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps pipelines, automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and infrastructure monitoring.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for cloud provisioning and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills in cloud performance optimization, error resolution, and infrastructure reliability.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience managing multi-environment operations (Dev/Test/Prod) across distributed teams.
- Experience working in outsourcing models and collaborating with onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Exposure to eCommerce or integration-heavy platforms is advantageous.
- Certifications in Azure Administrator / DevOps / Architect or equivalent.
