Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain QA Processes – Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable testing
- Shape QA Strategy – Enhance platform reliability and testing best practices
- Automate & Optimize – Build robust continuous testing frameworks for rapid feedback
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless integration
- Lead & Mentor – Define test strategies, review plans, and support junior engineers
- Improve Agile & Dev Processes – Enhance software quality through refined workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of current testing tools and emerging technologies
- Definition of the test strategy and test execution plan
- Coaching and mentoring the team on test automation
- A flexible and adaptive mindset to adjust ways of working in a team from a quality perspective
- Expertise in Web and API testing
- Skilled in building test automation frameworks from scratch including BDD & TDD
- Experience in performance testing and load testing would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated skill writing code & scripting tests in TypeScript with Playwright
- Demonstrated skill writing code & scripting in React &/or C# .NET is highly regarded
- Able to effectively utilise development best practices such as CI/CD and promote excellent Quality Assurance practices
- Experienced with agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum)
- Strong English communication skills
- Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.
